Public Safety Leadership Program
This program is designed for mid-level public safety professionals seeking to strengthen command presence, non-verbal communication, trust-building, emotional regulation, and adaptive leadership in high-pressure environments. Participants engage in ground-based horsemanship experiences that surface leadership habits in real time while developing greater self-awareness, calm authority, and relational discipline.
