Lionel Murphy
Chief Executive Officer
Lionel is a U.S. Air Force veteran, retired law enforcement sergeant, and doctoral candidate in Public Administration. With decades of service and leadership experience, he founded BAE Ranch to develop leaders through horsemanship while preserving the legacy of Black cowboy culture. His work bridges service, education, and healing—empowering others to lead with integrity and live beyond average.
