Youth Leadership
For teens and young adults who need a grounded space to build confidence, emotional awareness, discipline, and life skills through structured work with horses and mentors.
Veteran Pathway
For veterans seeking growth, renewal, and leadership development through experiential work with horses, community, and guided reflection.
First Responder Track
For law enforcement, fire, EMS, corrections, and other first responders who carry the weight of service and want a space to lead, heal, and grow beyond the uniform.

After you submit this form, a BAE Ranch team member will review your information and contact you to discuss next steps, answer questions, and share upcoming program dates.

Because our groups are small and highly relational, space is limited. We match participants to programs based on fit, readiness, and availability to ensure each cohort is safe, supported, and able to fully engage.

If you are not placed into the next available group, we can keep your interest form on file and notify you about future program opportunities.

Program costs and scholarship options vary by cohort. Our goal is to reduce financial barriers for participants whenever possible. After you apply, we will discuss any costs, scholarship opportunities, or sponsorship options relevant to your situation.
All activities are facilitated by experienced leaders, and most work with horses is ground‑based. Safety, respect, and emotional well‑being are core values in every session.
Programs are held at BAE Ranch in Oak Hills, California. Exact location details and logistics will be provided once you are matched to a cohort.
