Who BAE Ranch Serves
BAE Ranch provides leadership-through-horsemanship experiences for people seeking growth, restoration, and real-world development in a safe, supportive environment. Our programs are intentionally small, guided, and relational so that each participant can be fully supported and meaningfully engaged.
No riding experience is required. Most activities are ground-based and focus on awareness, communication, trust, discipline, emotional regulation, and leadership presence.
Choose Your Path
Youth Leadership
For teens and young adults who need a grounded space to build confidence, emotional awareness, discipline, and life skills through structured experiences with horses, mentors, and experiential learning.

For veterans seeking renewal, resilience, leadership development, and a meaningful space for reflection, growth, and reconnection through horsemanship and guided experience
Public Safety Leadership
For law enforcement, fire, EMS, corrections, and other first responders who carry the weight of service and want a space to strengthen leadership, restore balance, and grow beyond the demands of the uniform.
Use this form to express your interest in BAE Ranch leadership and growth experiences. A team member will follow up to discuss program fit, timing, and next steps.
What Happens After You Apply?
After you submit this form, a BAE Ranch team member will review your information and contact you to answer questions, discuss next steps, and share upcoming program dates.
Because our groups are intentionally small, participants are placed based on program fit, readiness, and available space so that each cohort remains safe, supportive, and fully engaged. If space is not available in the next group, we can keep your information on file and notify you about future opportunities.
* Important Details*
For eligible law enforcement and public safety participants, this program is currently offered at no cost through BAE Ranch’s nonprofit-supported model. If a future cohort has different funding arrangements, that information will be shared clearly before enrollment.
Activities are ground-based and do not require riding experience. All sessions are facilitated with safety, respect, and emotional well-being as core priorities.
Programs are held at BAE Ranch in Oak Hills, California. Exact location details and logistics will be provided after participant placement is confirmed.
