Participants
We are actively building our first full cohorts and inviting participants into leadership experiences designed to foster confidence, resilience, and personal growth through horsemanship.
Success
Our official programs are launching in stages, and early feedback from pilot experiences has shown strong promise in confidence-building, emotional regulation, trust, and leadership awareness.
Workshops Conducted
We have hosted 10 Ranch Days focused on leadership and personal development. These early sessions helped shape the foundation of the BAE Ranch experience and continue to inform our growing program model.
Veterans Served
We are actively preparing to welcome our first veteran cohort. Your support helps us create restorative, growth-centered experiences for those who have served.
Youth Engagement
Our curriculum is designed to support underserved and overlooked youth through leadership development, emotional growth, and practical life skills.

Skills Developed
Our programs are designed to strengthen emotional regulation, leadership presence, confidence through discomfort, trust-building, and decision-making under pressure. These are not only ranch skills, but they are also life skills.

We believe first responders deserve spaces to lead, heal, and grow beyond the demands of the uniform.
Our long-term goal is to create a grounded leadership and recovery pathway shaped by the realities of public service and informed by lived leadership experience.
